24, 25 Wellmeadow, Blairgowrie

24 and 25 Wellmeadow in Blairgowrie is a three-storey office building dating from around 1840. It features five bays, with the first four grouped together, and includes shop and commercial premises on the ground floor within an irregular terrace. The exterior is made of stugged squared rubble with ashlar dressings, and it has base, first and second floor cill courses, as well as an eaves course. The building has simple architraves.

On the northeast, or principal elevation, there is a deep-set door in the center bay at ground level, along with another door featuring a canopy labeled 'DOME CAFE' to the left. To the outer left, there is a broad boarded timber door with an adjacent door beyond it. To the right, there are two fixed display windows that have been converted from doors. The upper floors display regular fenestration.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The building has coped harled stacks topped with a full complement of polygonal cans, and cast-iron downpipes with decorative rainwater hoppers. The interior was not seen in 2002.
