Stables, Rossie Estate Sawmill, The Knapp

The stables at the Rossie Estate Sawmill, dating from the late 19th century, are a two-storey structure with a rectangular plan, built into the slope of the ground. The building features a concrete frame and vertically-boarded timber walls, topped with a roof covered in red overlapping ventilation tiles. The exterior includes boarded doors and lattice-paned windows.

On the north elevation, there is a door in the center, with a window to the left and right, and a cart opening on the far right. The first floor has two windows, while the right return gable is blank. A lean-to is present on the left return gable, which has a hay door on the first floor. The south elevation has two windows on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
