Description

This is a former road bridge over Knapp Burn, dating from the mid-18th century. It features a single-span, round-headed arch and is constructed from rubble with irregular rubble voussoirs. The bridge has low rubble parapets. There is a weir located directly against the upstream arch, and a low segmental-headed lade arch can be found at the northeast approach.
