Description

Later 19th century, altered to rear. 2-storey, 3-bay, L-plan small tenement. Polychrome brick with stone cills. Segmental-headed openings to N.

N (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays, that to left bipartite; regular fenestration to 1st floor.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: variety of elements to asymmetrical elevation including brick forestair from right leading to door at 1st floor, advanced wing to left.

4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows to N, variety of sash and case and top-opening timber windows to S. Grey slates. Coped and mutuled polychrome brick stacks with cans. Deeply overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding.
