Description

Mid tolater 19th century. 3-storey, 4-bay rectangular-plan near-symmetrical detached house in row. Cement-rendered and lined with plain margins to openings; harled gabled sides. Band course between floors. Long and short quoins.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: deep-set part-glazed timber panelled door at ground in bay to centre; window at each floor above. Window at each floor in bay to left. Blocked opening at ground in bay to right; window at each floor above. Window at ground in bay to outer right.

Replacement 2-pane tilt-opening and some sash and case windows. Welsh slate; stone ridge; concrete skews; coped harled gablehead stacks to N and S with decorative corniced cans; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
