Description

Mid 19th century, probably incorporating earlier fabric. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay mid-terrace, classical house. Sandstone ashlar, architraved surrounds, eaves band, cornice and blocking course. Quoin strips.

NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: large central corniced doorpiece with engaged columns (No 45), rectangular traceried fanlight, window above. Bays flanking with regular fenestration. Further door to outer right (No 47), pilastered and corniced with further traceried fanlight.

12-pane glazing in sash and case windows. Dark grey slates. 2 slightly canted piend-roofed dormers. Ashlar gablehead stacks. Coped skews.
