Description

This is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay symmetrical villa located at 56 Eglinton Road in Ardrossan. The building features stugged and painted ashlar with a plinth, cill course, and eaves course, all with painted margins. The central door is topped by a projecting corniced porch. The windows have lying-pane glazing throughout. Additional architectural details include a cornice, a blocking course, and end stacks beneath a piended slate roof.
