Description
17 Lovers' Walk is a mid 19th century double villa that stands two storeys high and features four bays. The building has a shallow advanced two-bay centre, which is accentuated by a pediment and a pilastered double porch with bipartite windows and doors set in re-entrant angles. The exterior is constructed from red ashlar, with ground floor windows framed in architraves and a cill band at the first floor. There is a variety of glazing patterns throughout the villa. Architectural details include an eaves course, cornice, blocking course, straight skews, and end stacks, all topped with a slate roof. Additionally, there is a rubble-built garden wall with ashlar coping, complemented by square gatepiers that have projecting caps.
