Description

Thomas Wallace (of Ardrossan) Architect. 1857, simple

rectangular plan. Rendered with red sandstone dressings.

Entrance in gable end through central recessed round-arched

door with hood mould. Tall, similarly hood moulded window

above. 2 tall pilaster strips flank the central bay and rise

through the battlemented parapet to form pinnacles with

onion caps. Similar clasping pilasters at outer bays.

2 round-arched windows in outer bays with string course

gable above. 4 tall round-arched windows to body of church.
