Description
100 Glasgow Street and 98 Ardrossan is an early 19th-century two-storey terrace, part of the original layout designed for Lord Eglinton by the architect Peter Nicholson in 1806. Each block features four windows and is constructed of painted ashlar, although numbers 88, 94, and 96 now have a dry dash finish. The buildings have pilastered doorpieces, except for numbers 90 and 98, which are accessed through a pend. All windows have margins, and there is a cill course at the first floor level. The terrace has a continuous eaves course, cornice, and blocking course, with straight skews and stacks, topped with slate roofs.
