Dated 1821.

Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage with farm buildings.

Painted rubble and margins. Off-centre door with date on

lintel, single window to right, altered bipartite to left.

2 gabled dormers, end stacks and slate roof. Linked to

range of farm buildings at left, with pend, door, single

window, and door in lean-to shed.
