Description

Late 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay Free Style Jacobean tenement with shop at ground. Red sandstone ashlar; base course, dividing cornice, billeted wallhead and profiled gutter. Segmental pediment to doorway to right with pendant carving and cuttaed panel carved with 'Unionist Club' overdoor; Door and square shop window to left with banding to architraves. Window above main door at 1st floor and bowed oriel to left flanked by channelled pilasters and breaking eaves in shaped gablehead, with ball finials capping pilasters and further pendant carving.

Timber sash and case window, small-pane uppers and plate glass lower sashes. Grey slates. Skew to left.
