Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay tenement with shops to ground floor, built on falling ground. Red courses with cream ashlar dressings, slate roof. Base course to ground floor left; corniced wallhead; pierced parapet to centre bay; 2- and 4-pane sash and case windows with chamfered jambs, architraved to ground and 1st floor right and 1st floor centre; coped gabletted skews with skewputts, finialled gables with kneelers.

FRONT ELEVATION: 2 doors to centre (formerly 1, original jambs removed), keystoned round-headed fanlight, massive consoled and corniced parapet, window to 1st floor; full-height canted windows to left, corniced cill and parapet to 1st floor, window to attic gable; slightly projecting bay to right, window to ground floor, bipartite to 1st with corniced cill and lintel, window to attic gable.
