30-36 Quarry Street, Hamilton

30-36 Quarry Street in Hamilton is a later 19th-century, three-storey, four-bay tenement building that features shops on the ground floor. The structure is constructed of cream sandstone ashlar with rubble on the gable and has a slate roof. The ground floor is corniced, and there is a moulded cill course at the second floor. To the right, an angle pilaster has a console at the ground floor and a ball-finialled die at the ashlar-coped skew. The building has single and tripartite windows with jamb and mullion strips extending through two floors. The windows are sash and case, with plate glass on the bottom and multi-pane glass on the top. There is a corniced and panelled wallhead stack, along with a corniced gable stack to the right.

The ground floor features a keystoned round-headed doorcase with mannered pilasters located at the centre right, while modern shopfronts are present on the left and right. A corbelled round-headed panel is located at the first and second floors' centre, flanked by pedimented single windows and corniced tripartite windows at the first floor, with single and tripartite windows on the top floor. The interior has not been seen.
