Description
35, 37, 39 Quarry Street is an early 20th-century, two-storey, three-bay tenement building that features modern shops on the ground floor. The structure is constructed of red sandstone ashlar, with cement repairs visible on the first floor, and has a slate roof. On the first floor, there are three bipartite windows with ashlar margins, which have sash and case glazing with plate glass on the bottom and six panes on the top. The building also includes cast-iron rainwater goods. The interior has not been seen.
