Description

Later 19th century. 3-storey, 6-bay, classically-detailed tenement with shops at ground floor. Cream sandstone ashlar, slate roof. 3 modern shopfronts to ground floor, modillioned cornice, segmental pediment to close door with pilastered jamb to right (destroyed or concealed to left); architraved windows with 4-pane sash and case glazing, consoled pediments to three 1st floor bays at left, consoled segmental pediments to 3 bays at right; corniced wallhead and blocking course; cornice and linked wallhead stack with volutes, corniced end stacks.
