Description

Late 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 4-bay terraced tenement with shops at ground. Stugged squared and snecked ashlar with droved ashlar dressings. Eaves course.

SE ELEVATION: symmetrical. Plate glass shop front flanking door with 2-lower panels and plate glass upper panel with plate rectangular fanlight above, to each 2-bay group. Continuous fascia and cornice above. Window to each bay at 1st floor, bipartite window to each outer bay.

NW ELEVATION: not seen, 1995.

8-pane timber sash and case windows. Slate roof, platformed at apex with recent slate-hung box dormers to outer bays. Harled mutual stacks. Profile guttering. Coped skew to SW with skewputt.
