30-34 Union Street, Dundee

30-34 Union Street in Dundee is an earlier 19th century tenement building that stands four storeys high with an attic and features three bays. The ground floor is occupied by shops and the building is constructed from sandstone ashlar with a slate roof. The ground floor has a corniced finish, and there is a corniced blocking course above. The first floor has architraved and corniced windows, while the second floor features architraved windows. The third floor has margined windows with the original 12-pane timber sash and case glazing pattern, and there are 2-pane windows elsewhere. The building also has piended dormers and ridge stacks.

On the front elevation, there is a close door at the center of the ground floor, flanked by two altered shopfronts. Each upper floor has three windows, and there are two dormers. The interior has not been seen.
