24-28 Union Street, Dundee

24-28 Union Street in Dundee is an earlier 19th century tenement building that stands four storeys tall with an attic and features three bays. The ground floor is occupied by shops. The building is constructed from sandstone ashlar with cement-rendered dressings and has a grey slate roof. The ground floor has a corniced design, and there is a corniced blocking course above. The windows on the first floor are architraved and corniced, while those on the second and third floors are simply architraved. The windows throughout include 2-pane timber sash and case glazing, with stained glass on the first floor. The building also features piended dormers.

On the front elevation, there is a close door at the center of the ground floor, flanked by two altered shopfronts. Each upper floor has three windows, and there are two dormers visible. The interior has not been seen.
