Description
Drimla Cottage, built in 1896, is a single-storey, U-plan structure that was originally a stable and coach house for Drimla Lodge. It has been converted for domestic use. The building features red brick with red ashlar dressings, a piended roof designed to resemble red tiles, and terracotta ridge tiles and finials. The roof is topped with oversailing brick ridge stacks, and there are various doors and windows with differing patterns.
The interior has not been seen.
In addition, there are three cast-iron gatepiers with gates and adjoining railings, although the railings are engulfed in a mature hedge.
