Description

19th century Gothic church on street corner site. Rectangular-plan with central gabled panel and pinnacled apex belfry on main gabled front to Matheson Road. Tall lancets throughout with modern windows; dry-dash, painted margins (belfry is yellow ashlar, and set above shallow out-set); single gallery light in gable-head. Hall adjoins at rear. 3-sided gallery inside supported on cast-iron columns and with panelled timber front. Low boundary wall topped by wrought-iron railings with thistle detail; circular-section gatepiers to front with conical caps.
