Description
This late 19th century double villa on Goathill Road in Stornoway is two stories tall and features a symmetrical front. The property is enclosed by decorative cast-iron gates and railings along the boundary walls. Each house within the villa has two bays, a castellated double porch at the center, and full-height square bays at each end that are parapetted. The construction includes rubble with contrasting concrete dressings and detailing. The original sash windows and dormers are still present, and the roofs are covered with slate.
