Description

Dated 1881. Former granary-warehouse converted to shop and dwelling in 1983. S facing, built against slope with raised ground floor entrances at Granary Street level at N. Rubble, tooled ashlar dressings.

S elevation: 3-storey and attic, symmetrical 5-bay frontage facing harbour. 2 wide segmental-headed entrances in ground floor; regular segmental-headed fenestration in 1st and 2nd floors, the centre 2nd floor window a former loading door.

Modern continuous box dormered addition with flat roof.

N elevation: 2 storeys, symmetrical 5 bays. Segmental-headed entrances between alternating windows; regular segmental-headed fenestration.

Varied glazing; slate roofs.
