Late 18th century. 2-storey, 4-bay dwelling and shop; shop

entrance in return gable to Duke Street. Mixed rubble,

painted tooled ashlar and renewed rendered margins. 2

enlarged 1st floor and single enlarged ground floor (shop)

window; varied glazing.

Harled 2-storey, single bay addition at rear.

Heightened end stacks; slate roofs.
