Description

Earlier 19th century, 2 storey and attic, 3 bay shop and

dwelling. Tooled ashlar frontage and dressings, rubble gable

and rear. Formerly symmetrical 2 window shop fronts, 1

remaining door with flanking windows, enlarged plate glass

window to right. Symmetrical 1st floor with tripartites to

outer bays; eaves band; 2 piended dormers; 2-pane glazing; end

stacks; slate roof.

Rear wing and forestair (1 King Street).
