Description

37 Traill Street in Thurso is a late 19th century, two-storey, four-bay shop dwelling. It features an ashlar facade with polished ashlar dressings and a rubble gable. The building has three large shop windows and an off-centre door, both with moulded detailing on the architraves and panelled aprons beneath the windows, although the extreme left window has been converted into a door. On the first floor, there are four regular windows with raised margins and four-pane glazing. The building also has an eaves cornice, a shallow blocking course, corniced end stacks, and a slate roof.
