Description

19-21 Traill Street in Thurso is a later 19th century, two-storey and attic building featuring an irregular six-bay row of shops and dwellings above. The structure is constructed of tooled ashlar, with the ground floor painted and a modern shop front added to No 23. No 21 retains its original door with flanking windows and a side entrance leading to the dwelling above. The first floor has irregular fenestration with four-pane glazing, and the building is topped with a slate roof, complete with ridge and end battery stacks.
