Description

Broomailly is a two-storey, three-bay dwelling located at 48 South Street in Fochabers, dated 1819. The building faces south and features a gable with a low two-storey rear wing that extends to Charlotte Street. It is whitewashed, rendered, and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins. The windows have regular spacing, with two-pane glazing in the upper sashes and single pane in the lower. The roof is covered with Welsh slate, and there are coped end stacks.
