Description

8 George Street in Fochabers is a single-storey cottage that dates back to 1777 and was altered in 1933. The cottage has three bays and features a harled exterior with contrasting painted chamfered ashlar margins. The central door is topped with a datestone and worn initials. The windows have 4-pane glazing, and the cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
