Description

The Royal Oak is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house located at 30 Fife Street in Dufftown. The building features a rendered and lined whitewashed frontage with rubble flanks, and contrasting painted ashlar margins. It has a central door and small windows with two-pane glazing. There are end stacks, and the original thatch has been replaced with asbestos tiles. The property also includes a rear wing.
