Description
The Rectory of St John's Episcopal Church, located on Victoria Road in Forres, was built in 1864. This two-storey building features three asymmetrical bays with a central door. It is constructed of coursed rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The front door is adorned with a heavy bracketed cornice. To the left, there is a tripartite window, while the right side has a canted bay window set in an advanced gabled bay. The first floor has round-headed bipartite windows, and the building has deep eaves. There are single-storey, single-bay wings to the east and west, with end stacks and a slate roof.
