Description
The Church of Scotland Manse in Fiunary, built around 1860, is a two-storey building designed in a shallow H-plan. It features a long, slightly irregular south-facing elevation with four bays. The structure is constructed of coursed rubble with contrasting tooled ashlar dressings. The outer gabled bays are slightly advanced and have finials, while the entrance is off-centre and includes a panelled door. To the right of the entrance, there are bipartite windows on both the ground and first floors. The right (east) gable also has similar bipartites, and the west gable features tripartite windows on both floors. The west return gable is symmetrical with two bays, although one ground floor window is blocked. The windows mainly have four-pane glazing in narrow lights. The building has coped paired ridge and end stacks and is topped with slate roofs. At the rear, a single-storey lean-to extension connects the outer gables.
