Description
Braeriach is a house built around 1800, featuring two storeys and an attic, with three bays and a central door. The exterior is made of coursed random rubble on the gables and rear, with ashlar dressings. It has a simple wooden porch supported by Doric columns, and a band course that connects the lintels of the ground floor windows. The windows have raised margins and consist of 12-pane sashes, while there are three small piended dormers on the roof. The house has end stacks with angle margins and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a low coped and harled front garden wall.
