Description

Circa 1830. 2-storey and attic 3-bay gabled house with additional slightly set back piend-roofed single-bay wing to E. Polished ashlar. Base course; 1st floor cill course; cornice and blocking course. Regular fenestration, moulded architraves. 3-bay house with pilastered and pedimented ashlar porch to right; 2-leaf panelled door and rectangular fanlight; windows on return. Windows at ground to centre and left corniced. Recessed bay to left with paired windows at ground, single window above.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slates; corniced ashlar apex stacks.

WALLS: coursed rubble screen wall to right with cornice and blocking course; garage door slapped through.

Coursed rubble walls to front area with saddleback ashlar coping.
