Description
Roseville, located on Victoria Road in Forres, is an early 19th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic, arranged in three bays with a central door. The structure is made of coursed stugged rubble, with rubble used for the gables and rear. It has raised ashlar at the angles and around the window margins. A later 19th-century square porch, which includes windows and lying pane glazing, has been added. The building features 12-pane sash windows, two piended canted dormers, and a moulded eaves cornice. It has end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a low coped garden wall along the street, complete with end piers.
