Description
Moorfield is a house located at 124 Land Street in Keith, built around 1900. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure facing east. The building features contrasting pale grey granite with dark pinnings, using Aberdeen bonding, and has a bull-faced rubble base course with rubble flanks. The entrance has a segmental head and a recessed door. The ground floor includes tripartite windows, while the outer bays have bipartite windows in gabled dormers with finials that break the wallhead. The windows have two-pane glazing. The house has pinned coped end stacks and a slate roof.
