164 Land Street, Keith

162 Land Street in Keith is a mid-19th century building consisting of a single storey and attic range. It features one three-bay house (number 162) with a central door and one two-bay house (number 164). The structure is built from rubble with tooled rubble dressings. Number 162 has two canted wallhead dormers, while number 164 has a similar single dormer. The windows have four- and twelve-pane glazing, and there are end and ridge stacks. The roof is covered with West Highland slate. At the rear of number 164, there is a large modern segmental-headed dormer with multi-pane glazing.
