Description
143 Land Street in Keith is a house dating from around 1800. It is a 2-storey, irregularly shaped building that faces west and has four bays. The two wide bays belong to No 145, while No 143 features three narrow bays with a central door. The exterior is constructed of rubble with tooled rubble dressings and rendered margins, and the flanks are harl pointed. The windows have 2-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
At the rear, there is a single-storey, five-bay wing that faces Union Street (No 14 Union Street). This wing uses similar building materials and has a single entrance with 4-pane glazing, an end stack, and a slate roof.
