104, 106, and 108 Mid Street in Keith is a 2-storey and attic, 3-bay commercial building dated 1879, which includes a shop and a dwelling. The building features a coursed rubble frontage with extensive contrasting ashlar dressings and harl pointed rubble flanks. The narrow, slightly advanced centre bay is marked by a pilaster that is rusticated at the ground level and plain above, with similar angle pilasters on either side.

The round-headed entrance, which has carved spandrels but is now a window, is set beneath a shallow open pediment and is flanked by three shops, each with a recessed centre door. The outer first-floor bays contain tripartite windows, and there are two canted dormers. The glazing includes 2- and 4-pane designs, and there is a finely lettered fascia beneath a decorative cornice. The building also features a corniced eaves band with pedimented dies at the outer angles and a centre finialled gablet. It has end stacks and a slate roof.
