Description

109 Land Street in Keith is an early 20th-century, two-storey house that consists of a pair of two-bay dwellings. The building features rubble construction with brick or tooled rubble dressings. In the centre, there is a single-storey section with two bays, each having wide segmental-headed entrances. These entrances are adorned with curved brick lintels, panelled doors, side windows, and wide segmental fanlights, with the doorway fenestration showcasing margined and coloured glazing. The two-storey outer bays contain windows on the ground and first floors, all featuring varied glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a piended and gabled slate roof, which is decorated with red tile ridge and apex finials.
