Description
38 Island Bank Road in Inverness is an Italianate building dating from around 1865. It is constructed of snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. The building has two storeys and features a three-bay front with a recessed centre that includes a porch and a segmental arched doorpiece. The outer windows on the ground floor are tripartite, while the first-floor windows are bipartite with round-arched lights. The centre window on the first floor is round-arched and has a gablet dormerhead above it. There is a band course at the first floor level and broad eaves.
