Circa 1865, Italianate, snecked rubble with ashlar dressings.

2 storeys, 3-bay front with recessed centre with porch

and segmental arched doorpiece; outer windows tripartite

at ground floor, bipartite with round-arched lights at 1st

floor; centre window at 1st floor round-arched with gablet

dormerhead. 1st floor band course. Broad eaves.
