Description
Rossal, located at 31 Island Bank Road in Inverness, was designed by W L Carruthers between 1888 and 1889 in the Arts and Crafts style. The building features snecked rubble construction with ashlar dressings on the ground and first floors, while the second floor is harled. It has a large asymmetrical design with two and three storeys and is topped with red tiled roofs and decorative bargeboards. There are also later additions at the rear of the property.
