St Mary's Roman Catholic Presbytery, 30 Huntly Street, Inverness

St Mary's Roman Catholic Presbytery, located at 30 Huntly Street in Inverness, was designed by W L Carruthers in 1888. This building is constructed in a Collegiate Tudor style using snecked rubble and features two storeys and an attic, arranged in an L-plan. The south wing is slightly advanced and gabled, showcasing a quadripartite window on the ground floor, two bipartite windows with hoodmoulds on the first floor, and a bipartite window with two slits and a hoodmould in the attic, topped with a finial at the gable. The main block includes a five-light canted bay and a door at the ground floor, two bipartite windows on the first floor, and a slit-window in the attic gablet, also adorned with a finial. The roof is slated and features tile cresting.
