Description

13-15 Young Street in Inverness is a building designed by Ross & Macbeth in 1888. It has three storeys and an attic, featuring a six-bay front. The ground floor includes round-headed doorways and shops, while the first, fourth, and fifth windows on the upper floors are bipartite. The building has a gablet that is flanked by dormers. At the corner with Alexander Place, the ground floor is canted, and above it, the corner is corbelled to create a rounded corner that rises to an attic with a conical roofed turret, which has tiled walling.
