Description

42 Island Bank Road in Inverness is a building dating from around 1875. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and features one storey plus an attic. The facade includes four windows and two doors, with advanced gabled ends and canted bay windows. The central windows and doors are supported by consoled brackets that hold up the eaves of the roof, which acts as a cornice. There are also two canted dormers, and the roof is slated. The building has lying panes throughout.
