Description
42 Southside Road in Inverness is an Italianate building dating from around 1870. It is two stories high and features three bays, with a central doorpiece supported by consoles. The doorpiece is flanked by canted bay windows that have balustered parapets. On the first floor, the outer windows are bipartite, and all the windows are topped with stilted arches. The building also has bracketted eaves.
