Description
44 Southside Road in Inverness is a building dating from around 1870. It is constructed of ashlar and has two storeys with three bays, featuring a central porch supported by stilted arches and topped with a parapet. The outer bays are advanced and gabled, each with canted bay windows on the ground floor that have parapets. The outer windows on the first floor are bipartite with segmental arched lights and strapwork pediments, while the central window is set within a gablet. The building also features decorative bargeboards.
