Description
This building, located at 37 Southside Road in Inverness, is an Italianate villa dating from around 1865. It stands two storeys high and features three bays. The left bay is slightly advanced and includes a projecting rectangular tripartite bay window on the second storey, which has a balustered apron below the first-floor window. To the right, there is a canted bay window on the ground floor, also with a balustrade. In the centre, a porch contains a round-arched doorpiece with a carved keystone, topped by a balustrade with a vase at the corner. The villa is finished with bracketted eaves.
