Description
Dunmorlie and 363A Albert Drive is a villa built around 1880, featuring two storeys and three bays with a symmetrical front. The original house is constructed from polished ashlar stone and has been stone-cleaned. It includes full-height canted bays with delicate iron balconies between the floors, as well as an Ionic doorcase, blocked deep eaves, end stacks, and slate roofs.
To the right, there is a wing that was added around 1900, which includes a timber projecting bay with Art Nouveau details in the leadwork. This wing also features an arcaded low timber range facing the garden. Additionally, there is a boundary wall along the street with gatepiers to the right.
