Description

St Anthony's Roman Catholic Presbytery, located at 62 and 64 Langlands Road in Glasgow, was built in 1892, with an addition made in 1909 by Fred V. Burke. This asymmetrical presbytery is a two-storey building constructed from coursed rubble and is designed in an L-shape. The south gable features a depressed arched door and a traceried stained glass window. To the west, there is a two-storey canted window, while the east side has bipartite windows set in a recessed bay. The apex of the gable is adorned with a quatrefoil and a cross finial. The 1909 addition on the east side includes two depressed arch doors and a tripartite window on the first floor, topped by a gambrel roof.

On the Roseneath Street elevation, there is a large stair window with transoms and mullions, along with two bipartite windows and a later oriel window. A modern dormer has been added, and the rear of the building is finished in rubble. The slate roof features four chimneys. The property is enclosed by iron railings, a low retaining wall, and stone gatepiers.
